2. Structural adhesive

102C-5, 102C-5H, TH-8 can be selected for single component medium high temperature curing epoxy adhesive toughening and high-strength automotive structural adhesive. Add to the resin, with a mixing temperature not exceeding 80 degrees, and add approximately 15-25% of the total amount (including fillers).

3. Ultra low temperature epoxy structural adhesive

102C-8 can be used in conjunction with most epoxy curing agents, such as fatty amine polyamines, polyamides, cyclic amines, aromatic amines, etc DICY、 Acid anhydrides are used to obtain superior low-temperature impact resistance (-70 ℃), good impact resistance, high peel strength, resistance to cold and hot impacts, resistance to wet and hot aging, and good lap shear strength.

102C-8 can be used as the main resin, and solvents or epoxy active diluents can be added to reduce viscosity; 15-30% can also be added to the epoxy resin adhesive to improve its low temperature resistance. The operation process of ordinary epoxy resin can be used, but the curing time needs to be appropriately extended or the curing temperature needs to be increased.

4. Automotive sheet reinforcement and damping adhesive

(1) 107B is appropriately added to epoxy resin, with a ratio of approximately 70:30. It is used for the production of single component reinforcement film and can be used for oil surface bonding.

(2) BH-203 can be used as the main resin alone, or an appropriate amount of active diluent can be added and cured with melamine. Can be used for automotive spray reinforcement and damping adhesive.

(3) BH-016 is selected and added to epoxy resin for low-cost, low strength automotive reinforcement film.
