Product Uses:
102A can react with aliphatic amines and aromatic amines at room temperature, and with hydroxyl compounds, nylon, etc., at medium-high temperatures. It is mainly used in epoxy resin coatings and adhesives. After curing, it forms an epoxy resin-polyurethane interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) or sea-island structure, which can improve the flexibility of the material, enhance the shear strength, adhesion, tensile strength, flexural strength of the adhesive layer, etc., with little impact on the heat resistance of the composite material. It can also be directly cured with aliphatic amines or aromatic amines at room temperature or medium temperature to obtain high-performance elastomers.
102B can react with aliphatic amines, aromatic amines, hydroxyl compounds, nylon, etc., at medium-high temperatures. It is mainly used in epoxy resin coatings and adhesives. After curing, it forms an epoxy resin (phenolic resin, polyester, etc.)-polyurethane interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) or sea-island structure, which can improve the flexibility of the material, enhance the shear strength, adhesion, tensile strength, flexural strength of the adhesive layer, etc., with little impact on the heat resistance of the composite material. It can also be directly cured with aliphatic amines or aromatic amines at medium-high temperatures to obtain high-performance elastomers.
Usage Method and Dosage:
When used as a toughening agent, the dosage is generally 3-10% of the epoxy resin, and the dosage of the curing agent should be increased accordingly. When used in high-elasticity adhesives, the dosage is generally 200~400% of the epoxy resin.
This product can be added to epoxy resin or amine curing agents; when 102A and 102B-1 are added to amine curing agents, they should be used after standing at room temperature for 7 days or heating at 60℃ for 4 hours.
Product Packaging and Storage: 2 KG/bucket, 20 KG/bucket, 210 Kg/bucket. Sealed storage, strictly prevent moisture from entering. Shelf life: 12 months at 25℃.
