Main Components:
Epoxy resin modified with special elastomers.
Main Features:
Reactive with dicyandiamide, phenolic resin, hydrazide, etc. at high temperatures; mainly used in single-component epoxy automotive structural adhesives, with excellent impact peel strength. Among them, 102C-5H and 102C-5S have higher peel strength, and 102C-5S can replace imported products.
Usage Method and Dosage:
Recommended Ratio: 20~25% of the total formula weight.
The conventional epoxy resin processing technology can be adopted, but the glue mixing temperature should not exceed 80℃ for a long time, and the baking temperature is above 130℃.
Note:
102C-5 may crystallize after long-term storage, resulting in poor fluidity. It can be melted by heating to around 80℃ to eliminate crystallization, then stirred evenly before use, which will not affect product performance.

2 KG/bucket, 20 KG/bucket, 220 KG/bucket. Sealed storage; shelf life: 6 months at 25℃.
