Product Uses:
BH-201, BH-203, BH-205, and BH-209 are flexible epoxy resins. These resins have moderate viscosity and are suitable for spraying or potting molding after being formulated into adhesive liquids. Among them, BH-201, BH-203, and BH-209 have good oil-surface adhesion properties.
BH-201, BH-205, and BH-209 are suitable for spray or potting epoxy adhesives and damping adhesives cured at room temperature or under heating.
BH-203 is suitable for medium-high temperature curing spray-type automotive sheet metal reinforcement damping adhesives and toughening agents for other epoxy adhesives.
BH-004, BH-016, and BH-026 are epoxy resins modified with hydrophobic elastomers. They can react with dicyandiamide, phenolic resin, etc., at medium-high temperatures, and have good flexibility and bonding strength. They are widely used in adhesives, coatings, laminates, prepregs, motor windings, automotive reinforcement films, etc., especially suitable for oil-surface bonding.
When 100 parts of BH-014 are mixed with 2 parts of ultra-fine dicyandiamide curing agent and 1 part of accelerator, the hardness after curing at 130℃ for 3 hours is approximately Shore Hardness 50-60A (cured product without fillers).
107B is an epoxy resin containing polymer elastomers, thus having better flexibility. It can react with dicyandiamide, phenolic resin, etc., at medium-high temperatures; it is mainly used for single-component medium-high temperature curing automotive sheet metal reinforcement adhesives, etc. After curing, the adhesive layer has high adhesion, moderate strength, and strong oil-surface adhesion properties.
Usage Method and Dosage:
When BH201, BH-203, and BH-205 are used as base resins, adding an appropriate amount of fillers, thixotropic agents, curing agents, etc., can produce adhesives with good flexibility; they can also be added appropriately to improve toughness and adhesion.
BH-004, BH-016, BH-026, and 107B are used in single-component flexible adhesives. The available curing agents include dicyandiamide, hydrazide, 594, etc. The recommended curing temperature is above 120℃.
