Product Uses:
Products in this series can react with aliphatic amines and aromatic amines at room temperature, and with dicyandiamide, phenolic resin, etc., at medium-high temperatures; they are mainly used in epoxy resin coatings and adhesives. After curing, they form an epoxy resin-polyurethane interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) or sea-island structure, which can improve the flexibility of the material, enhance the shear strength, adhesion, tensile strength, flexural strength, wear resistance of the adhesive layer, etc., with little impact on the heat resistance of the composite material. They are widely used in solvent-free (low-solvent), high-toughness, high-strength epoxy marine coatings, petroleum pipeline coatings, coil coatings, and high-performance adhesives.
102C-1H is a bisphenol A resin modified with non-yellowing alicyclic polyurethane resin.
Usage Method and Dosage:
102C-1/102C-1H and 102C-2 can be used as base resins, and solvents or epoxy reactive diluents can be added to reduce viscosity; they can also be added to ordinary epoxy resins (accounting for 15-25% of the total resin weight) to improve the toughness and adhesion of the epoxy adhesive. They can be used with conventional epoxy resin processing technology, but the glue mixing temperature for 102C-1H should not exceed 80℃.
When 102C-3 is used as the base resin, a small amount of diluent can be added to reduce viscosity, and it is mainly used in solvent-free anti-corrosion coatings, self-leveling floor coatings, adhesives, etc.
Product Packaging and Storage: 2 KG/bucket, 20 KG/bucket, 220 Kg/bucket. Sealed storage, strictly prevent moisture from entering. Shelf life: 12 months at 25℃.
