Product Uses:
BH-204 is a flexible medium-high temperature curing agent for epoxy resins, suitable for low-temperature storage of single-component epoxy adhesives. It has excellent oil-surface adhesion properties; when curing bisphenol A epoxy resin with this curing agent, the adhesive layer has good flexibility with a Shore Hardness of 30~50A.
Usage Method and Dosage:
For producing flexible adhesives, it is recommended to add 50~200 parts of BH-204 per 100 parts of E-54 epoxy resin; bifunctional reactive diluents can also be added to reduce the system viscosity, with a curing temperature above 120℃. When it is necessary to improve the strength and hardness of the adhesive layer, the dosage of BH-204 can be appropriately reduced or the dosage of fillers can be increased.
Precautions:
This product is an acidic curing agent. Please use caution with certain fillers that react with organic acids. It is not recommended to add dicyandiamide curing agent. For accelerators, microcapsule-encapsulated imidazole-based latent accelerators are preferred.
Single-component epoxy adhesives formulated with this product should be stored at low temperatures.

Product Uses:
BH-402 is a phenolic resin containing flexible groups, and BH-403 is an epoxy resin containing long-chain olefins. Both have good elasticity, improve the adhesion between rubber and metals as well as polar materials, and can participate in the vulcanization of rubber.
Usage Method:
BH-402 needs to be used with epoxy resin. The recommended ratio is BH-402: liquid epoxy resin: accelerator = 100: 80: 1
BH-403 needs to be used with curing (accelerating) agents. The recommended ratio is BH-403: curing (accelerating) agent = 100: 1~2
