Main Components:
The main component of 102C-8 is polybutadiene rubber-modified epoxy resin, free of diluents.
Product Uses and Features:
102C-8 can be used with most epoxy curing agents, such as aliphatic polyamines, polyamides, cycloaliphatic amines, aromatic amines, DICY, anhydrides, etc., to achieve superior low-temperature impact resistance (-70℃), good impact resistance, high peel strength, thermal shock resistance, damp heat aging resistance, and excellent lap shear strength.
Usage Method and Dosage:
When used as the base resin, 102C-8 can be mixed with solvents or epoxy reactive diluents to reduce viscosity; it can also be added to epoxy adhesives at 20～30% to improve the low-temperature resistance of the adhesive.
The conventional epoxy resin processing technology can be adopted, but the curing time should be properly extended or the curing temperature increased.
